We begin every no-dig drain repair by carrying out high-pressure water jetting to clear any moderate blockages from the drain or sewer line. This essential step ensures the internal surface of the pipe is clean and ready for the resin to properly adhere during the relining process.
Next, we insert a deflated liner packer into the section of damaged pipework. Using our advanced CCTV drain inspection equipment, we accurately position and assess the area requiring repair.
Once the full extent of the damage has been confirmed, the packer is inflated—pressing the resin-impregnated liner firmly against the inside of the pipe. This creates a strong, watertight bond that restores the structural integrity of the pipe without the need for excavation.
After the curing process, the packer is removed and a final CCTV survey is carried out to ensure the repair has been successful and the pipe is free from leaks or obstructions.
